MUNTLIGT REKLAMINSLAG

Har du någon gång plågats av TV-Shops tjatande reklamer? Hur tröttsamma inslagen än kan verka, så säljs en hel del varor genom just TV-Shop. Din uppgift är att göra reklam för en produkt i grupp a´la TV-Shop. Nedan följer era instruktioner:

• Hitta på ett passande namn på er produkt och definiera dess
användningsområde/n.
• Identifiera målgruppen.
• Skriv en slogan som upprepas vid ett flertal tillfällen under
presentationen.
• Använd ord som påverkar era åhörare att tänka positiva tankar om er
vara/tjänst.
• Bruka någon form av visuellt hjälpmedel (t. ex bilder – eller ni
kanske tar med själva produkten?).

Ert framförande ska vara mellan 30 sekunder och två minuter.

Your job today (the 12th of October)

Thank you for acting out (…) in class yesterday! There are some great highlights, for example when Robert sang so beautifully and Malin and Josefin were two lions in love. Another instance is the serious acting done by Mohamed, Ari, Ernesto and Dardan.

2) take a good look at your entry and correct at least 5 mistakes.
3) read each others’ entries and write positive comments to 3 of

MEET BEYONCE, EMINEM, JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE AND JESSICA SIMPSON

Robert knew who he was writing about (Eminem) and perhaps Amin and Mohamed guessed the idea behind the pictures when they wrote “David Beckhams little boy” and “My memories of Jennifer Lopez” respectively. The photos you wrote your text about were taken of celebrities when they were young. I have read all of your texts, and am amazed by your writing skills! Here are quotes from your essays:

A "happily ever after" story:

Title:

Descriptive words/phrases:
“Jessica woke up with a smile on her face – today was the day!” and “They gave Happy that name because he is always happy”. Another good example is:

He had good grades, he had a lot of potential and he was going to grow up and be somebody someday" and "destructive life style" as well as "without the support at home there wasn’t much that could catch him when he started spiralling down towards a life of drugs and crime.

The ending/conclusion

A story with a bad ending:¨

Descriptive words/phrases:

Something in between (= a contrast)
"with great success comes great enemies"

Ending:
"Everyone started to look for him but they never found the boy..." as well as these two conclusions: “Sarah was a happy seventeen with long blond hair and a smile that were breathtaking. A memory ceremony will be held the 20th of October” and “The next morning she wakes up at the hospital, and her brother is lying in the bed next to her but not her parents”.

ARGUMENTERANDE TAL I SVENSKA

Fredagen den 15 oktober ska du hålla du ett argumenterande i svenska i halvklass (fråga/maila mig om du är osäker på vilken grupp du tillhör) och denna gång börjar grupp 2. Du får välja ämne fritt (inom ramen för demokratiska värderingar). In din uppgift ingår:

att tala mellan 1 - 2 minuter
att ha en intresseväckande inledning
att ha minst 1 argument för/emot och högst 3
att avsluta medvetet
och givetvis att inte ha något manus

Om du vill får du gärna visa upp något, eller spela något som passar (ett visuellt eller auditivt hjälpmedel, alltså).

DESCRIBE SOMEONE ELSE - use your imagination!

Today your job is to describe someone else, and you have the pitures to your right to choose from. Make up a story about one of them, and write one with a happy ending (describing a happy life) and one negative story with a sad ending. Each of the stories should consist of 50- 150 words.

Chose a heading that gets the reader interested in reading your text.

Write an introduction that also gets the reader interested in readning more.

Indicate clear paragraphs.

Describe the person; what he/she looks like, how the person acts, and why. Also write about the person's life choices (that could be either good or bad...)

Write a clear conclusion/summary to your text.

Note! When you are done please look at the entries written by your class mates (last week) and comment on at least one of the texts - write one positive remark and one where you suggest an improvement.
